Regarding Dropping off and Picking up a Pet (when boarding) at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge...

Welcome to Our Boarding Family!
The following applies to any Dog Boarding & Cat Boarding Guest.
We're thrilled to offer a cozy home-away-from-home for your furry friend!
Before you book, here are some important details to ensure a smooth and happy stay:
Location and Hours: Our little haven is nestled in a residential area, so we ask for your kind understanding with the following:
 
As a true "at home" boarding establishment, we are nestled in a residential area with strict regulations on street traffic and designated drop-off and pick-up times. When scheduling your pet's stay, please be mindful that our availability for these times is limited and fixed. If the provided times don't align with your schedule or plans, adjusting your stay by one day earlier or later may be necessary.
 
Drop Off and Pick Up: Booking is a breeze with our online reservation system. Just choose from an available time slot, and we'll be ready to greet your pet with open arms! To ensure a smooth experience, all drop-off and pick-up arrangements must be made through our online reservation system. *You will need to know the start date and end date for your pet boarding stay to be presented with accurate and available drop off and pick up times.

Holiday Closures: Please note that we're closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on certain holidays, so plan accordingly. Holiday Closures: Please note that we are closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Easter. Plan your boarding dates accordingly. There is a $6.00 daily increase for reservations that occur during holidays (effective7 days prior to a holiday and 7 days post holiday).
 
Change Requests: Life happens, and we understand plans can change and unexpected travel delays can arise. If you need to adjust your pick-up time or date, just shoot us a text at least a day in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Late Pick-Ups: We're all about ensuring your pet's comfort and safety. If you're running super late for pick-up, no worries! Your furry friend will spend the night with us and can be picked up at our next designated time on the following day (Additional fees may apply).

Respect for Timings: We ask for your help in that you plan to arrive on time. Sticking to your selected designated drop-off and pick-up time helps us maintain a consistent routine for all our guests and ensures each pet gets the attention and care they deserve.
 
Enforcement of Policies:
Please be aware that our policies are strictly enforced to maintain the highest standard of care for all animals in our facility. If our timing requirements do not suit your needs, we respectfully suggest seeking alternative services.
