I absolutely 💯 highly recommend the Pittsburgh Pet concierge for dog boarding in Pittsburgh!!! Josh and Bob treat my senior dog Gizmo with so much love just like a member of the family. 🥰. Their experience with dogs is exceptional and I know he is in the best hands possible when boarded. My best friend’s little girl attends doggy daycare with them and she shares the sentiment! And they get to have fun playing together when they are both there! We are so blessed to have found them ❤️

Tyler loves Pittsburgh Pet Concierge! Josh is great with him. This is the only place we will take him. He is excited to come again in May! We can have a great time going away and not have to worry about him.

I was going through treatment for breast cancer when my oncologist recommended Pittsburgh Pet Concierge to me, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve since finished my treatments, and I’ve been boarding my pets here for over a year now, usually twice a month. Before finding them, I had a terrible experience with an in-home sitter who seemed very charming at first but ended up being the complete opposite. It made me really nervous to trust anyone again. From the very beginning, Pittsburgh Pet Concierge was different. They made me feel comfortable right away, and more importantly, I could tell my pets felt safe and were very well cared for. Over time, that trust has only grown. My dog gets medication twice daily, and I love not having to adjust her schedule. They follow it exactly as requested at 11am and 11pm. It was and still is such a relief knowing they have full-time care set up that way. It really is based in an actual house, which I think is why my dog settles in so fast. She walks right in, and sometimes I joke that she is sad to leave. Knowing she gets attention all day and sleeps in a real bedroom with people means everything to me. My cat is the complete opposite personality-wise, and even he does really well here, which says a lot. He comes home clean, content, and I can tell he has been brushed and is eating well. They keep the cats in a quieter area and give them their own private bedroom, which I really appreciate. I always try to plan ahead because they explained to me they only have 6 cat boarding rooms. The staff is super kind, and you can tell they genuinely care. I have not encountered a single negative experience. Everyone has been professional, and you can tell they are well trained. If you are looking for dog boarding, or like me, debating whether to leave your cat at home with visits, stop looking and try something new because they do a great job! Take it from me. I did my research, and there is not a single place in Pittsburgh that compares to them. I would absolutely recommend giving this place a try. We’ve been going to them for years and we really love the flexibility they have for our schedule. We appreciate their kindness and how much they care about our dog as if she’s their own. They treat her so well and even inquire about her when she isn’t there or hasn’t been there for awhile. When you go away they will send you pictures of videos of your pets to update you on how they are doing. We’ve been very pleased with them for many years now. Highly recommend to anyone.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Pittsburgh Pet Concierge. Our dog had seizures, and finding someone we could truly trust was incredibly important—and they exceeded every expectation. They stayed with him day and night to ensure no seizure was ever missed, giving us complete peace of mind during an otherwise stressful time. They were the only company in the city we could find that provided this level of service and individualized attention for a dog with medical needs. Because of their dedication and constant care, we were actually able to sleep while knowing our dog was in safe, caring hands. They administered all of his medications exactly as needed and always made sure he received extra love and comfort. The bond they built with our dog says everything—he would literally run into their doors, excited to see them every time. Josh and team were so good to our family that they were the only people we trusted with our dog. Their compassion, reliability, and genuine love for animals made all the difference, and we will be forever grateful.
