DOGS - BOARDING PRICES AND SERVICES

*Please Note the Following:  For the purposes of pricing: Pricing is per Day.  If your pet is picked up for departure at or by11:00AM, you will not be charged for another day of boarding.

Any pet picked up after 11:00AM on the last day of their stay will be charged for another day of boarding.  If they stay continues longer, the charges and pricing rules will apply.  Please see Drop Off/Pick Up Times. 
 

*(Multi-pet discounts apply for all boarding reservations for owners having multiple pets boarding under different categories.  For example, if a client has a dog who is reserved under the normal boarding rate of $50.00 and also has another dog from the family staying under our Geriatric/Medical boarding rate of $75.00:  the multi-pet discount will apply as follows: The $50 rate becomes $45 and the $75 rate becomes $70.  See rate schedule below.)

GERIATRIC & MEDICAL BOARDING (Monitored by Vet Tech) RATE

1st PET:  $75.00 Per Day

Additional Dogs/Pets From the Same Family at Same Mailing Address/Any Species:

$70.00 per pet per day

UNALTERED (Not Neutered or Spayed) Over 7 months of age

1st PET:  $65.00 Per Day

Each additional dog that is not neutered or spayed & over the age of 7 months:

$60.00 per dog per day

SAME DAY - LAST MINUTE EMERGENCY RESERVATIONS ARE AVAILABLE:

HOLIDAY PRICING:

Any reservation that will occur five days prior to a holiday or a reservation that is made with in five days following a holiday will be subject to a boarding rate increase of $10.00 per day per pet.  Multiple Pet Discount will still apply to all stays.  

The following Holidays are included as peak rate periods:  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. 

 

Boarding rates are subject to change in the event of but not limited to: holidays, geriatric & health related conditions that require extra care and attention from our staff,  pet behavior and social issues (including aggression, separation anxiety, and resource guarding) that require special care, dogs/cats over 7 months of age that are not neutered or spayed, special needs dogs includes but not limited to:  Dogs/Cats that are pre/post surgery, Dogs/Cats that have difficulty with mobility, Dogs/Cats with a chronic condition, Dogs that have incontinence or any reason that PPC deems.  Please call for details to discuss.  It is the clients duty and due diligence to inform PPC of any and all special circumstances.  All rates are subject to change at any time.  Any Estimate provided by our client portal is an Estimate only, it is not a binding contract of price.

DAILY JOURNALS/UPDATES:

If you opt in to this service during dog boarding, you will receive a personalized daily text message and email that will direct you to your pet's daily digital journal update.  Journal updates includes pictures of your dog during their day.   Many of our clients love this service!  You will receive a daily journal for everyday of their stay except the last day (day of checkout).  For any day of the stay in which you do not receive a journal due to our time constraints with caretaking, you will not be charged for that day.  We cannot guarantee you will receive a journal even if opted in.  Our main and first priority is the care of the animals in house.  For dogs checking in during our afternoon time range (4pm-7pm), a journal will not be sent on the first day.

COSTS IN ADDITION TO BOARDING FEES IF REQUIRED:

Medication Administration: $5.00 per day per dog

(This includes supplements and any item you require us to give to your dog in addition to regular feedings.)

INSULIN ADMINISTRATION: $5.00 per day per dog

Food We Provide: $5.00 per day per dog

(OWNERS ARE TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN DOG'S FOOD.)

This option is for dogs that are presented with no food only.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE OWNERS TO PROVIDE A FOOD TO US THAT YOUR PET HAS BEEN ON FOR AT LEAST 60 DAYS.

Food Pick Up / Order Service: $15.00 Service charge

Charged when we must obtain your dog's exact brand of food because they have run out of food.  The actual cost of the food is added to this. Receipt provided.

Cooking Charge: $4.00 per day/per dog

Charged when we must physically cook (boil or bake) food for your dog.

Does not include anything microwaveable. 

Spring Water: $4.00 per day/per dog

We can provide your dog with spring water ordered from Crystal Springs. No chemicals or additives in the water.  Tap water is provided free of charge, of course to all pets.  

OUR STAFF IS TRAINED AND EQUIPPED IN IV SUBCUTANEOUS FLUID ADMINISTRATION IF YOUR DOG REQUIRES THIS.  

(Fluid by needle under the skin.)

We can provide this treatment to your dog as you instruct.  You are to provide the fluid to be administered with needle and IV set.

$20.00 per administration

*Any items that we must purchase for your dog's care, with your permission is to be reimbursed to us at pick up.  A receipt will be provided for proof of purchase.  If we must travel for any items a $15 service charge will be added. If a vet visit is required, Taxi Fees will be applied.  Please refer to that section of Pricing.  

 Cancellation Policy

NON-HOLIDAY:

If you cancel 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.  72 hours is calculated by the time you have chosen for check in. 
If you are a no-show or cancel within the 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated stay, per the reservation you made.

 

HOLIDAY PERIODS:

 (New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) A holiday period is considered 5 days before and 5 days after the actual holiday.

 
7 days' notice for boarding reservation cancellations for holidays is required to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation period and "no-shows" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the actual cost of the entire reservation you made. 
Payment for the cancellation fee is due at the time of cancellation.  If you have a credit card on file, we will charge the card for the amount due. If no card is on file, we will call you to collect payment.  No further services can be booked until the cancellation fee is paid in full.  
All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

 

We do take cancellations very seriously as we book and plan based on space available during all time periods.   We do not overcrowd and we have most likely turned away a reservation that could have filled your animal's spot.
