At Pittsburgh Pet Concierge, we uphold the dignity and independence of all our guests and are dedicated to ensuring equal access for everyone who visits our facility and website. Here’s what you can expect from us:

Communication

We are committed to effective communication with our guests. We provide auxiliary aids and services at no charge, which are essential for effective communication. We accept Operator Relay Service calls and TTY/TDD calls through 711, just like traditional telephonic channels.

 

Website Access

We strive to develop and update our website content using current technologies that provide full and equal access to individuals with disabilities. Our efforts align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and requirements under the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.

 

Assistive Devices

Guests are welcome to use personal assistive devices to access our services. If an assistive device is incompatible with our facilities, we will work to ensure full access through alternative means.

Companions and Service Animals
