Booking Your Cat’s Stay
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your cat’s stay and will be automatically charged to the card on file once your reservation is confirmed. We’ll reach out if we have any questions, and you’re always welcome to do the same.
The remaining balance is due at check-in.
Flexible policies are handled on a case-by-case basis when needed.
To reserve your cat’s stay, simply create a profile for yourself and your cat through our reservation page and submit your request.
You’ll receive a text message within minutes if your requested dates are unavailable. If you do not receive a sold-out notification, your reservation is under review by our team.
For stays beginning more than 7 days from booking, confirmations are typically completed within 8–12 hours.
