Dog Daycare Program at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge

Welcome to our Dog Daycare Academy! We offer a flexible, fun, and safe environment for your dog, with daycare available 7 days a week. Whether you have a long, early, or late work schedule, we provide extended drop-off and pick-up hours to suit your needs.

Pet Parent Drop-off & Pick-up Hours:

Drop-off Hours (Monday–Sunday): 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Pick-up Hours (Monday–Sunday): 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pricing:



Weekday Daycare: $47 per dog per day (Starting at $376.00 per month)


Weekend Daycare (Saturday & Sunday): $49 per dog per day


Non-Spayed/Non-Neutered Dogs (7 months+ or special needs): $49 per day (7 days per week)

Puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs are all welcome!


Medication administration available upon request.


Meals provided for your dog if requested (bring your dog’s food).


Safe, controlled environment—no overcrowding or chaos. We provide indoor and outdoor playtime, games, and relaxation.



Our daycare program is private and enrollment-based. Dogs must be accepted into the daycare program, and attendance is required at least 2 weekdays per week or 8 days per month (weekends don’t count toward the monthly total).

Enrollment & Attendance Requirements:

To enroll your dog in our daycare program, they must attend at least 2 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), or 8 days per month. Weekend daycare does not count toward this requirement. If your daycare needs don't meet the minimum attendance, please consider our dog boarding options instead.

How to Enroll:

Call us and leave a message for our Daycare Onboarding Team to confirm your registration and request enrollment.


We’ll review your pet’s information, confirm their vaccine status (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella), and ensure a current fecal test is on file (every 6 months).



Once reviewed, we’ll reach out to you via phone and provide one of the following options:



If there’s a waiting list: We’ll contact you when a spot opens up and schedule a trial drop-off to assess if we’re a good fit.


If we have an immediate opening: We’ll verify vaccines and fecal testing, then schedule a trial drop-off to ensure a good fit before your dog’s first official daycare day.



Reserving Your Dog’s Daycare:

Once enrolled, please log in to the Pet Parent Portal and submit daycare reservations by Sunday evening for the upcoming week. You can also reserve daycare for the whole month in advance.

Same-Day or Last-Minute Daycare Needs:

If you need daycare same-day or last-minute, feel free to drop off your pet during the designated hours—even if you didn’t make a reservation. Just text us to let us know your estimated pick-up time, and we’ll take care of the rest!

If you face a delay in pick-up, just text us with your new pick-up time.

Additional Information:



Daycare: Available during the day (morning to evening), but not overnight.


Feeding: We will feed your dog if meals are provided by you.



Breakfast & lunch are included if your dog’s food is provided.


Dinner (served after 12 PM) is an additional $5 per day.


Medications: Administered for a fee of $10 per day.


Insulin administration is also an additional $10 per day.


Snacks/Treats: Must be provided by you.
