Luxury Cat Boarding

OUR HUMAN CAT APARTMENTS:

What is a Human Cat Apartment?  Quite simply it's a human bedroom designed for your cat's stay.  Cat's are most comfortable in home like environments, and this is as close to home as your going to get!   

ONE CAT or ONE FAMILY OF CATS PER BEDROOM/ WE DO NOT MIX CATS   

OUR CAT APARTMENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 

- 400 Square foot room.

- 2 windows that they may sit in.

- Full human size bed, television or radio.

- Fully air conditioned / heated.

- Fully carpeted with cat tree.

- Litter box provided.

- Fed as directed, fresh water always available

- Safety away from all dogs and other cats.

- Constant human interaction as we check in and sit/play with them throughout the day. 

PRICES & SERVICES

CATS - BOARDING

*Please Note the Following:  For the purposes of pricing: Pricing is per Day.

If your pet is picked up prior to 10AM, you will not be charged for that day.

Any pet picked up after 10AM on the last day of their stay will be charged for a full day's boarding charge.  Please see Drop Off/Pick Up Times. *

BOARDING

1 PET:   $39.00 Per Day 

Additional Dogs/Pets From the Same Family at Same Mailing Address:

2 PETS: $69 Per Day (Discounted)

3 PETS: $99 Per Day (Discounted)

4 PETS: $100 Per Day (Discounted)

LONG TERM BOARDING:

A cat that boards with us for longer than 30 consecutive days: Pricing will be as follows:

Days 1 - 30: Regular Pricing at $35.00 Per Day

Days 31 and Onward: $24.00 Per Day

Day 180 and Onward: $22.00 Per Day

*If client has more than one cat/dog boarding with us long term:

Day 1 - 30: $20 Per Day : Day 31-Onward: $15.00 Per Day

For Each Additional cat or dog. 

COSTS IN ADDITION TO BOARDING FEES IF REQUIRED:

LITTER:  We ask that you provide your own litter!

We ask this because cats become accustomed to their own brand/style of litter that you provide for them.  This also lessens the chance that your cat will have an accident.  It's also one more comfort of home.   Please bring your own litter.

If not provided: There is a $20 litter charge, and can be charged for every time that litter needs purchased again. 

Medication Administration: $2.50 per day per cat

(This includes supplements and any item you require us to give to your dog in addition to regular feedings.)

Over 5 medications/supplements: $3.50 per day per cat

OUR STAFF IS TRAINED AND EQUIPPED IN IV SUBCUTANEOUS FLUID ADMINISTRATION IF YOUR CAT REQUIRES THIS.  

(Fluid by needle under the skin.)

We can provide this treatment to your cat as you instruct.  You are to provide the fluid to be administered with needle/kit.

$8.00 per administration

Food: (We provide your cat's food): $3.50 per day per cat

(OWNERS ARE TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN CAT'S FOOD.)

This option is for cats that are presented with no food only.

Food Pick Up / Order Service: $15.00 Service charge

Charged when we must obtain your cat's exact brand of food because they have run out of food.  The actual cost of the food is added to this. Receipt provided.

Cooking Charge: $4.00 Service charge per cat/per day

Charged when we must physically cook (boil or bake) food for your cat.

Does not include anything microwaveable. 

Spring Water: $3.75 per day

We can provide your cat with spring water ordered from Tyler Mountain Springs.  

*Any items that we must purchase for your cat's care, with your permission is to be reimbursed to us at pick up.  A receipt will be provided for proof of purchase.  If we must travel for any items a $15 service charge will be added. If a vet visit is required, Taxi Fees will be applied.  Please refer to that section of Pricing. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

NON-HOLIDAY:

If you cancel 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If you are a no-show or cancel within the 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the actual cost of one day's boarding per the reservation you made.

 

HOLIDAY PERIODS:

 (New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.

 
7 days' notice for boarding reservation cancellations for holidays is required to not be charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the actual cost of the entire reservation you made. 
Payment for the cancellation fee is due at the time of cancellation.  If you have a credit card on file, we will charge the card for the amount due. If no card is on file, we will call you to collect payment.  No further services can be booked until the cancellation fee is paid in full.
